I tend to think of this as a first step in the right direction. It is good
that Abiword is developed quite differently to the rest of GNOME, as it will
be a good test of how we actually *do* this.

At this stage, I'm not even remotely concerned about the OpenOffice side of
the discussion - we haven't even started to bring on more projects, let
alone the "big ones".
