Maybe we could say that GNOME Productivity is a proposed suite for the
GNOME 2.12 release. This would mean that if we consider that GNOME
Productivity modules are in a good shape for 2.12, with a description of
the suite that is as inclusive as we want it to be, we could bless this
suite. But if we see some problems, we can just delay the inclusion of
the suite in GNOME to 2.14/later. Just like what we currently do for
proposed modules.

I'd like to at least give the Productivity people a chance for 2.12, so
they can at least try.
