I think I see what you mean now : you would like to have a task happen
during non-working days.
That can be easily achieved. Here's how:
* create a new resource (for instance "Computer") that will work on your task
* edit calendar for this resource, maybe create a new calendar
* set the days when the work should be done as working days in this calendar
* assign tasks to the resource
Result: the tasks will be worked on even on weekends.
