Yes, it would consist of an XSL file and a more or less copy and paste
job of the HTML export plugin (so some C hacking required).

You could always just modify the HTML XSL and post it here in case
someone else wants to turn it into a separate plugin.

I can't say anything about that since I don't have a lot of time for
Planner these days.
