I've improved the situation at least a bit now. I've made it impossible 
to add subtasks to milestone tasks through the various context menus, 
and also improved the code that handles sensitivity of the various 
widgets in the task dialog. You can still indent tasks below summary 
tasks though, but it behaves a bit better at least.
