So I've rebuilt planner with database support. When I attempt to
connect it fails, with pretty much a useless message.
So, am I expected to pass the port number in the connection parms. It
asks for server, database, username. Any quirks regarding these values?
I know the database is available as I can access it from the same
machine via perl.
