Hrm. That looks to me like g-ir-scanner is picking up glib from /usr
instead of the jhbuilt one. Do you have .la files in /usr,
like /usr/lib/libglib-2.0.la ? If so, see:
https://live.gnome.org/GnomeShell/RemovingLaFiles
If that's not it, does "jhbuild buildone glib" help?
