Thanks Jason. I had the oppurtinity to test on another laptop without 
this issue. I guess my machine has this problem. Maybe it has to do 
after sudo apt update. I noticed that some packages were kept behind. So 
I did sudo pkcon update and I guess then the problem appear. Probably it 
is better to do a fresh install.
