Howdy,

there is an initial implementation for accessibility for Konsole. but it 
still seems not to work yet. we identified the wrong role as one of the 
issues. this needs to be fixed to make konsole work.
the issue is tracked in KDE Collaboration tool phabricator:

for accessibility we will move to KDE´s new gitlab instance as its more 
accessible to you guys. this should give you all the possibility to help 
more easy as gitlab accessibility is relative good.
