hello.


in most cases you should by raspberry pi v4 model b, which is the newest 
model of raspi.
it has more cpu power and memory then older models.

for raspberry pi we have the raspbian, pure Debian, Ubuntu, archlinux 
and many more operating systems.
most of them may be easily installed to raspberry pi.

I tried orca on archlinux, but it should be available in other distros too.
