[orca-list] Wrong punctuation representation in "ru-litbrl-detailed" LibLouis table

Hello,
There is an issue.
Recently, braille tables in Orca started working much better. They 
change, they apply, for example when selecting Russian Literature 
braille table in Orca, all rules apply. Numbers and capital letters 
display as expected, all rules after punctuation are displayed too, but 
there is one issue. The punctuation itself is displayed as in Russian 
computer braille table which is called "Ru" but not as in 
"Ru-litbrl-detailed".
Is there any possibility that can be done to fix it?
And are there any logs I can provide?
