Oh thanks for the alt+f6 trick. I wonder if that will fix the save file 
pop-up as well. With the exception of the first try, I have always had 
to switch focus off a Chrome-based browser window and bring it back. 
Once it gets focus again, the pop-up becomes active, and things work as 
expected. Hopefully this will slightly improve the workflow just a bit.
