After execute /usr/local/bin/orca --replace in a terminal I noticed:
Warning: could not load keyboard geometry for :0
BadName (named color or font does not exist)
Resulting keymap file will not describe geometry

After restart Orca I check the version with Orca+H but still Orca
says 42 instead of 43-alpha.
By default, I think it installs to /usr/local/bin/orca, so you need to
make sure you run it from there, e.g., /usr/local/bin/orca --replace
