[orca-list] Orca stuck in a loop with Chrome

Hi,


I'm experiencing  loop with some pages using Chrome.


Steps to reproduce:

Open this link with Chrome https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7qzVrI2d0VE&t=24s

- Press 1 to jump to first H1 heading

- Press down arrow to read it's description

- When you reach youtube link, pressing down arrow will not move you any 
further


Expected result:

- Orca read the next line


System:

- orca master 41.rc

- Chrome 93.0.4577.63-1

- Debian 10
