[orca-list] Firefox and web site bug

there are problems in Firefox 93.0 and Ubuntu Mate 21.04. Orca says 
expand or colapse on the buttons of chapters, but I don't see the text. 
In Chrome it's correct, but I have problem. When I launch Chromium, no 
Orca keys work, no h for heading, no e for edit, I must restart Orca by 
orca --r and then it works. I have Orca Master.
