[orca-list] Can't install voxin on arch linux

Hello, as the subject says, I'm getting errors when trying to run 
voxin-install.sh.

I am logged in as root.

Inside voxin.log we have gettext voxin no such file or directory twice, 
then failed to instlal package voxin followed by a path to a .tar file.

Any help is appreciated.
