hello,

I offer a small suggestion for QT dialogs containing combo box or text.
I think it would be better for orca to indicate the zone label when
there is one before indicating the value of the textbox.

here is an example in the dialog box of change of nickname of teamtalk
accessible by f5.

current result:
orca say: "jeremy selected" "specify your new nickname text"
result that I would like to hear like everywhere else:
"specify your new nickname text" "jeremy selected"
