RHVoice ships with its own speech-dispatcher module. You should only
need to either restart Orca or reboot your system. You can then select
it from your voice tab. Speech synthesizer: RHVoice, Language: en, and
then choose a voice from the voice dropdown. Your English choices are
alan, bdl, clb and slt. Alan is Scottish male, bdl is American male,
and clb and slt are American female.
