I haven't done much with virtual machines in some years, as I have
switched to inexpensive ARM-based computers, but I did work rather
extensively with kvm about 6 or so years ago, and I'm sure that it
could come back to me easily enough. I do recommend kvm over
VirtualBox, and I believe it can be controlled rather easily using
gnome-boxes now, so there is no longer a need to work with command
lines, scripts or nearly inaccessible interfaces such as the qt4 used
by VirtualBox. I am a very extensive Orca user, as I use it exclusively
for personal use as well as for some work that I do, where I make very
extensive use of its new functionality with the Chromium browser. If
you haven't yet found anyone willing to work with you, I would be more
than happy to get you up and running. I'm rather partial to the open
source Jitsi Meet application, which is accessible from a browser at
https://meet.jit.si/<roomname>
as well as from an app or even from a regular phone, but Zoom is also
good for me. I have an active PayPal account, so I can receive payments
in that way. I hope I can be of help to you.
