My verbosity toggle is orca+v. It seems to be a default, as I don't 
recall setting it. It's verbose by default in Orca preferences. So you 
press it once and it says "Verbosity: brief," and press it again and it 
says "Verbosity: verbose." It just toggles between these two settings,.
