Hi list,
I want to add subtitle to a video.
I could just write the srt file but how to confirm the subtitle displayed at correct time?
I am thinking something like browser. When I play video, orca speaks the subtitles if exist. That way I can confirm the timeline.
Is there a way to do that offline?
