    Hello and sorry for the delay,
    
    This is unfortunately a known issue for a long time, see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=269228
    
    As stated by Jean-Philippe, it is not a bug related to Orca, it also
    happens without Orca.
    
    What I do to add an attachment is:

• Press alt + f to open the file menu
• Then the letter j to open join menu (I don't know the exact translation, I'm on a French system)
  
• then enter
