I am very worried if a blind person cannot install Ubuntu anymore. Hopefully the LTS-version 22.04 the installer will be accessible.

It's gotten to the point where I can no longer recommend Ubuntu as a beginners' distro, if said beginner is blind.  You cannot install it without eyeballs, and you may need a kickstart file as an alternative.  Even for this non-beginner, the trend re: Ubuntu accessibility is disappointing.
