It's gotten to the point in order to install ubuntu any more will require
a kickstart file with all answers filled in. Let's say your kickstart
file is on sdb1. At the boot prompt you'd need to enter
ks=/dev/sdb1/kickstart to get that working.

page where user enters name, hostname, username, and password, the installer
