[orca-list] Orca does not announce emoji

Hello. I've installed android and apple emoji list for pidgin to insert 
an emoji directly in  message dialog. BUt there's a problem, that orca 
does not announce inserted emoji, and emoji received from a buddy. But 
when i select this emoji announced as "blank" i can paste it into pluma 
and hear what it is. Is it possible to do something to allow orca to 
read emoji, when emoji layout is not set to None?
