I tried to use orca.speech.init() and then orca.speech.say or
orca.speech.speak, i don't remember. It worked in terminal when i opened
python, but not worked in application e.g. virtual menu.

I wonder if maybe sending the text to at-spi somehow may be the
correct way to do this ... if there is a function in at-spi to get
text in that way. I would guess so, since that's pretty much how it
responds to terminal events I think.
