[orca-list] Problem when using Thunderbird shortcuts with orca

Hello everyone,
When composing a message in thunderbird using orca, I try to press shortcuts like ctrl+shift+a to attach the 
file, but I don't have any success. Instead of opening the dialog orca selects the text. However, if I press 
alt+f and in the attach menu choose the send file option there is the same shortcut.
Is it possible to activate this shortcut with orca enabled?
I am using orca 3.38.0 with debian 10.5  stable.
