Hi,
Actually it is a strange behavior of Thunderbird, indded. The shortcut
does not work in the composing window, regardless Orca on or off. To use
it, your caret needs to be in another part of the window, eg. the
subject field. Perhaps we should report a bug about this misbehaviour in
the body part of a message window.

Hello everyone,
When composing a message in thunderbird using orca, I try to press shortcuts like ctrl+shift+a to attach the
file, but I don't have any success. Instead of opening the dialog orca selects the text. However, if I press
alt+f and in the attach menu choose the send file option there is the same shortcut.
Is it possible to activate this shortcut with orca enabled?
I am using orca 3.38.0 with debian 10.5 stable.
Thank you!
