am able to read the page with SayAll without problem. Ditto for caret
navigation. Ditto for structural navigation.

Lastly, looking at your debug.out, I don't see any attempts at SayAll,
or any events from Firefox that would trigger a SayAll starting. I do
see you starting Orca and then quitting it. Is this the right
debug.out file?
