    To help us to help you you should do:

• Give us the most accurate details on your environment (OS, browser, Orca version, speech dispatcher version, speech synthesis, etc)
  
• Give us exact steps to reproduce the issue (don't assume everything is easy or reliable, for ex the "h" key could be assign on my own computer to other than go to next title)
• Give us the exact result you obtain
• Give us the result you want to obtain
• Try to avoid complex sentences, write your story like a cook recipe to simplify the understanding
• Keep in mind we don't have a lot of time for your specific issue so if we can't reproduce it, we wouldn't want to help you because here we all do it on our spare/free time so we don't have to answer you if we don't want. This point only apply on community list. If you ask it on support of Hypra, this is not the same matter.
