It's one thing to say that you will get a laptop with a number pad if
you get one at all. The problem comes in the fact that not only are
laptops with number pads much harder to find, but they tend to be far
more expensive than laptops without number pads. Seeing the message
that indicates using both the capslock and insert keys as Orca
modifiers by default however, I would have to agree with that option.
Then users who need to switch layouts will be able to do so easily, no
matter which layout is the default.
