Hi Patrick.

I'm looking at it now. Thanks! In your case the problem seems to be the 
Chrome window has or lacks a state which tells Orca that it can be the 
active window. I'm adding more debugging to Orca to see if we can figure 
out which it is and get to the bottom of this issue.

I'll follow-up on the list when I'm ready for you to pull Orca master 
and capture a new debug.out.
