[orca-list] orca crashes after enabling the checkbox "use contracted braille" under braille tab on orca setting

Hi,
warning if you set this on default profile of orca, then orca will not start.
ubuntu 1804 orca 3.37.1 pre.
str:
1. make new profile and dont set it as start up profile since this
crash will kill orca.
2. under braille tab under orca setting (insert space), check the
enable contracted braille checkbox.
3. hit ok and orca quits, i think because speech lost.

 the first time i did change the setting on my default profile so orca
cannot start even orca-r.

is this me only?
