Update:

1. The first issue you report still needs to be fixed in Firefox.

2. The second issue you report should hopefully be better in Chromium.
   However, Chromium tends to be extremely persistent in giving us live
   region updates which are redundant/duplicate. I believe I mentioned
   this to you before. That issue will still impact you for the list of
   shortcuts. However, I think you'll find that if you press Ctrl a
   couple of times or start navigating, Orca will stop presenting those
   live regions a lot more quickly than it did before. Figuring out how
   to filter out all these extra live region events is still on my todo
   list and should be considered a known issue.

3. The third issue you report should be fixed for Chromium. It is not
   fixed for firefox due to the very same firefox bug that causes the
   first item you reported. Namely, because Firefox tells us that the
   list item isn't editable, it treats the caret-moved event as not
   valid because it's beyond the final text offset. When Mozilla fixes
   that issue, Orca should present the final list item line for Firefox.
