[orca-list] Save profile as and apply buttons in Orca master have the same keyboard shortcut

Hi,

In Orca master, general tab of Orca preferences, the save profile as... and the apply button both use the alt+a keyboard shortcut.

1. Start preferences in Orca master.
2. Switch to the general tab.
3. Notice the keyboard shortcut for save profile as and the apply button.

Actual results: Both save profile as... and apply buttons use the same keyboard shortcut.

Expected result: Orca shouldn't use the same keyboard shortcut for multiple objects in the same window.
