Hello.

I am using linux mint mate 19.3, orca 3.28.0, I can't get 
speechdistpacher version, I don't know the name of package.
     I install festival with "sudo apt install festival", affter that, 
delete comentary line in speechdistpacher.confg to add module, but no 
working. I don't know configure festival server or flite.

what are all the correct steps?.
