[orca-list] Unusable login button on a web site

On this web site:
https://www.leetchi.com/

the login button (Se connecter) seems impossible to activate with orca
3.36.3.

I am willing to submit a bug in case something can be improved on Orca's
side but my guess is that it's more a web site bug. Does that seem
correct?
