Hello,

Environment: Debian 10, chromium 84.0.4121.0, Orca master

Steps to reproduce:

2. Press Ctrl+End

3. Press up arrow

Actual result: Orca pronounce "notification" but display the right content in braille

Expected result: Orca should announce the same as it displays in braille.
