Hi.
The --enable-caret-browsing flag is is used to make it possible to
select text in the chromium.

Running Brave here with those flags and it works great for me

Hi.
I don't know if it works on all distros, but in my environment I
created a file called chromium-flags.conf inside the ~ /.config/ folder.
In this file I put the following content:
--force-renderer-accessibility
--enable-caret-browsing
Just start chromium and it uses the flags contained in that file.

Do you still have to set the flag?
I wrote myself a tiny script that I made executable in /usr/local/bin:
cut here
#!/bin/bash
/usr/bin/chromium-snapshot-bin
--force-renderer-accessibility --enable-caret-browsing
The above should appear on just two lines, so beware of whether your
display has wrapped the second line! It's 92 chars long.
Best,
Janina
I cant remember the flag name

I wish to thank Joanie and everyone else involved in working on
Chromium
accessibility with Orca.
I know it isn't finished, but it's already working very well
indeed.
I've been trying it (on and off) since it became available for
testing,
and it's proving to be very solid at this stage.
