[orca-list] QT4 32 bit apps accessibility issue on 64 bit Ubuntu Mate

So I have really done my best to overcome issue that Skype screens are not accessible.
I have followed interesting accessibility related article from here:

https://wiki.debian.org/accessibility-devel
I have cloned The following accessibility helper C app.
git clone https://salsa.debian.org/a11y-team/check-a11y.git

And when I have run
make check
I have got error related to QT4 accessibility problem.
And process have been terminated.
I have done many many thinks. I have installed many i386 libraries related to QT4 accessibility
Qt designer is working perfectly. But some QT4 apps really do not work.
Ubuntu Mate have been disabled The support to install KDE, because when I have installed whole KDE, some miracle have been happened and Skype have started to work on some previous Linux distribution. The fact is, that there is something broken with QT4 32 Bit release on 64 Bit Ubuntu Mate. And I Am sure, that problem can be solved.
But how?
I have also installed as much i386 packages as possible from packages list, which are required by The a11ycheck:
But Orca is still silent while working with Skype.
I do not think, that Microsoft have statically linked some not accessible QT4 libraries to their compiled Skype binary application. May be, that MR Tibault would help, because his accessibility related knowledge is very very deep. He have even helped Me when I have tried to run Firefox on Android in Debian chroot and it was very non standard software configuration. FIrefox have worked like a charm thanks to his advice related to get dbus process address. Because a11 check report QT4 accessibility problem, I think, that I must install some more packages, but I do not know which. I do not have problems with drive space, so I do not be angry, if 32 bit libraryes will consume next 400 MB, or more no problems. I only want to use Skype so space limit is not issue.
I have also 8 GB of RAM, so memory allocations are not problems for Me.
Thank you very much for yours advices.
