I have volume on usb speakers set to maximum and couldn't hear anything.
It did work with seamonkey though.

Jude,

Works here. When you find the play button, hit the spacebar and it starts
talking in English. Audio is rather low however.


Using Ubuntu 18.04 and FF 60.04 with addons disabled.
