[orca-list] orca does not read this page correctly

Hi.  When I go to https://www.ensable.com/anniversary orca does not
read all the page elements.  I can read more with lynx.  Orca does not
read the article text, nor does it read the paypal button.  I am using
master as of a couple of days ago and at-spi infrastructure 2.30.
