[orca-list] attachments not spoken out in thunderbird

Hello all,

Thunderbird 60.6.1

Orca 3.31.1.

When I attach files to my email and then try reading the list after
tabbing from subject, I can't read the list using arrows.

Same is when I download attachments.

I can't here the names in the list, even if there is 1 file.
