[orca-list] Expose hidden web elements to Orca

Hi,


When developing web pages, Orca should have the ability to expose empty 
elements such as divs, spans, paragraphs, horizontal rules, and other 
elements. At this time, a developer must insert a <span> tag with text 
into an empty element to check its size/position. It would greatly 
improve the workflow if the user has the option of turning this feature 
on and off at will. Something that might benefit developers along with 
this feature is an option to expose the name or id attribute of an 
element at the same time. What do you think of this idea?
