[orca-list] Festival install problem

Why doesn't Orca notice Festival?
 Installed like this: sudo apt-get install festival festvox-ru
 If you write SayText commands in the terminal, it works.  And in the parameters of the screen speaker it is 
not.
 speech support system: speech dispatcher
 Default synthesizer: mary-generic, espeak, espeak ng
 And that's all.  There is nothing else.
