This won't work at least for vscode, unless you have a way that does not
require recompiling stuff. I am eager to run vscode here, and would
prefer not to do build, all the twiddling, manual ext installation, whatever

If you know where the Electron app rezides, just run

electron --force-renderer-accessibility path_to_the_app
