This is a regression in Firefox. You can reproduce it using Accerciser:
1. Monitor firefox for object:selection-changed and object:state-changed
2. Arrow up/down in some menu that's not bookmarks
3. Arrow up/down in the bookmarks menu
You'll see that other menus emit events; bookmarks does not. Could you
or someone from Hypra file this bug?
Thanks!

Hi,
Nightly + Orca master:
1. Open the Bookmarks menu or History menu via alt-b or similar
2. Try down key. It seems to work as if I press enter, I get something.
3. But Orca does not return anything. While i get the contents of the
other menus, this one does not return anything.
Dont know if it is a firefox regression or simple change
