[orca-list] Menu Labelling

Hi all,

I am using Ubuntu Mate 19.04, and the top-panel menus for Bluetooth and WIFI aren't labelled.

It's no biggie, because I know which is which, but I've just loaded up Debian's live Mate image, and the menus there were labelled.

How do I get the same labelling on Ubuntu Mate?

If it is possible, I'm thinking I could figure out how to propose changes to the over all Ubuntu images, and get it included in Ubuntu Mate 19.10 (assuming it doesn't change the look of the thing).
