Re: [orca-list] Some Debian questions?

Actually, a text login with the use of startx after login is the belt
and suspenders approach to operating linux systems with accessibility.
A graphical login is fine if your system has no problems getting you to
that graphical login but only then.

Subject: [orca-list] Some Debian questions?

Hello there, so I had a couple of question, regarding the Debian installer,
is there a way on Debian 9, to get a graphical installer? I know that apart
boot, like you in order to get the speech support, press s. But I'm not
sure if you want a graphical installer what exactly to press after that.
Also, I'm running into an issue, because by default, during the install,
the Debian desktop environment, xfce, option 9, which I believe is the
print server, and of course standard system utilities are selected. Should
I instead select mate, or gnome, in addition to say the SSH server, and
standard system utility to be installed? Rather than the default? Because
if I leave it at the default, of course upon reboot I only get the text
console login, and not the graphical login. I tried with option one, and 3,
being xfce selected at one point, but I wasn't sure if xfce has Orca, Etc.
