[orca-list] Please test Caja with Orca master

Hey all.

Due to some late-night hacking last night, I accidentally broke icon
presentation in Caja. I fixed it this morning. At least for me. And
someone who had privately reported the issue to me has also confirmed it
is fixed. Unfortunately Arkadiusz (CCed) says things are still broken.
So I wouldn't mind a few more people testing the very latest master with
Caja. For me, things work the same in master as the do in the gnome-3-30
branch. Your findings would be appreciated.

Aside: I just noticed that Orca is double-presenting the items in the
left pane. It seems like Caja feels like exposing duplicate information.
I'll see if I can filter that out. So no need to report that.
